The John Boland Prize
Awarded for the best essay written on a theological subject (on a set topic) by a Junior Sophister student.
Any post-16 student is invited to submit an essay of up to 1,500 words on ONE of this year’s questions. There’s no need for entrants to be studying Theology/Religion A level. A cash prize of £300 will be awarded to the writer of the essay judged best by a panel of Keble College theologians and smaller prizes will be awarded to runners-up.
