As you can see below, my poem mixes the style of the ghazal with the personal way in which Sindhi poems refer to the Prophet, but the poem is addressed to God himself. The first stanza of my poem opens the poem and makes plain the yearning for the love of the Beloved. It describes the state that the lover is in: crazy in love like Majnu was for Laila, yet he isn’t really crazy–it’s just that the world sees him that way and this is what he is trying to tell us. This was a common theme for Sufis as we learned in class–sometimes they become so close to God that people see them as mad. The second stanza addresses the transitoriness of this life, a concept that is mentioned many times in the Quran. The real life is that of the hereafter. That is why the narrator has left the love of this world in lieu of a higher form of love. The lover feels like an insignificant creature among the many that God, his Beloved has created. The next stanza shows the narrator’s thirst for just one gesture from God that shows that his feelings are reciprocated, a sign that his love is acknowledged. The last stanza shows the narrator awaiting for the day when he will be reunited with his Love, namely the day he will die. This is another theme that is common in the ghazal and in Sufism; death is a day of celebration rather than mourning. It is like the wedding in Sindhi poetry and the virahini’s awaited reunion with her bridegroom.
In retrospect, much of the symbolisms attributed to these trends come from centuries of applied social significance; couples see the most value in a marriage celebration which allows them to flaunt their unique qualities as individuals while simultaneously modeling the long-standing customs of preceding weddings....

Hannah’s review as seen on The Knot: “I would highly recommend Wavelength to anyone looking for a band at their Maine wedding! They were absolutely phenomenal! Johnna, the band manager, was so responsive to my needs. She made me feel well taken care of and was open to suggestions. They learned our mother/son dance song, father/daughter song, and our cake cutting song just for us! They did this with only 3-4 weeks leading up to the wedding as well, I was so impressed! The lead singer and Johnna took the time to organize the wedding party before introductions so everyone felt comfortable. They contacted our venue about set up and details so I didn’t have to do any of that! We were dancing the whole night! I saw older people from my church dancing that I had never seen dance! One of my favorite memories is the encore! Everyone was chanting and cheering for the band and then they played Shout! Our reception venue was ROCKIN, so many smiles and laughs. I had to stop and pause a moment during this song just to look at how happy everyone was. Wavelength was professional and did an outstanding job. I also loved how I gave them a songs request list for each different portion of the night, including during their breaks when they played recorded music and they played exactly the songs we wanted which I was so grateful for! Every song they played was a blast! Paul played the piano during our cocktail hour as well and although I was not there I had guests telling me how beautiful it was and how it was an elegant touch to the cocktail hour. We love Wavelength!!!!!!!”
Everybody has its own celebration style but now we are going to tell you a dangerous thing. In Pakistan few young boys celebrate 14 August in a very dangerous way. Racing and one wheeling is reported on this event and every year many young ones die due to this factor. They do not know that freedom is the meaning of freedom of expressions not the freedom of illegal activities. A huge numbers of bikers put the silencers off from their motor bikes and generate the unbearable noises. The parents and other law enforcement authorities need to be very strict on this issue. Whole Pakistani national celebrate this day with excitement and keen interest.
Thus, Vietnamese and Americans have different celebrations for their events, and people in those countries celebrate their weddings differently in preparations, costumes, and ceremonies.
